Exclamation What utility use for check VRM Temps on GTX 480

as the title said, I want to check the temps on my VRM since I install a Water Block, what utility can do so ? after googling , I find the VRM can't be check externally , ( a side to use a probe , but I want to be sure

AFAIK,

GPU-Z gives ya VRM temps...it does on my HD5870....I don't know if both the 480 and the HD5870 have the same way of reporting temps....give it a try!

You could try HW Monitor. It lists out every temperature location possible.

Yeah, GPU-Z has never failed me, whether it was an ATI card or a Nvidia card.

thanks, but none of them work, so it's true Nvidia don't put sensors on the VRM

reference 480 doesn't have vrm temp sensors. use a laser thermometer or install you own sensor
