You should have specified the currency. For $333 get a gtx460, a cpu cooler then overclock as many here have suggested. There is lots of help here.

I'm getting a the GTX 460 and a CM GX 550W. I dont think i have enough for a CPU cooler.

Edit: I can't get my money until January 2011 so there's no point in OC'ing my CPU now, well if i need OC'ing help I'll make sure stop by here.
