Let's wait until the review before making those kinds of assumptions.

im pretty sure most of yous have seen these slides right?

Nvidia's GTS 450 breaks cover - Graphics - Graphics - Fudzilla

basically they chopped up a gf104(but maybe not) whats interesting is the power envelope. that leaves quite a bit of room for overclocking, and if you check the amp from zotac, gives you an idea. i expect another decent 10-15% oc on top of that, from what we've seen fermi being able so far.

remember, these are targeted towards 'lesser' resolutions :) 1920x x + will see this cripple badly fps wise with eye candy on. maybe not so much on older games.

What I am saying is that it is an excellent replacement for G92 holdouts.

ESPECIALLY when it comes to F@H.

I think you can release some general F@H numbers, without breaking the NDA, no?

THE FOLDERS WANT TO KNOW!

Too bad I just bought a 2nd 460 to fold, if these are that good. Oh well. money is spent now anyways.

I'd rather wait until I finish testing. Right now it looks like the perfect folding farm card.

From some of the tests I've been seeing, this thing is priced the same as 5770, but still slower. The only time it overtakes the 5770 is when it's overclocked......I'll wait for the review though.

A reference HD 5770's price is $145-$150 USD on average before rebates.

A reference HD 5750's price is $125-$135 USD on average before rebates.

According to the Newegg prices, the GTS 450 will be priced at $129 before rebates. How is that the same price as the HD 5770?
