Default MSI Twin Frozr or Cyclone?

I notice that MSI is offering what look to be very similar cards with both types of coolers. Assuming the wider Cyclone fits in a case, are there any specific advantages that one offers over the other?

I had a Twin Frozer and although it ran very cool, when the fan speed ramped up it was waaay louder than my other cards. I would pick the Cyclone.

I actually have a Cyclone 5670 and even at high speed the fan is silent and the card run dead cold!

The TwinFrozr cooler looks more robust, though the Cyclone uses a larger fan so that would be the way to go if silence is your main concern.

I would consider the GTX460 HAWK by MSI IMHO.

I own two MSI GTX 465 Twin Frozr II GE cards and I like the cooler although like others have mentioned when the fan speeds go up so does the noise. Much better then reference cooling that is for sure but they are not silent at high speed.

I just saw the Hawk reviews. Is it significantly different from the other OC'd Twin Frozr models?
