I vote for the 5770 since its a good mix of power and energy consumption. Sagath's 275 wouldn't be a bad choice but I think you might have to cut away some of the metal to fit it in. I've seen 5850's and 5870's fit in there pretty easily and all run off the same 300W PSU.

I'd say 5770. Or you can get a 9800 gt on sale for like 50 bucks.
