I would pay a bit more for the 1GB model.

No point getting the Superclocked model, EVGA released a "pre-overclocked" BIOS for the vanilla GTX 460 that boost core clock to 720/1440.

sweet i was just gonna post this exact thread. been pondering my new build for a while, mostly whether to go ati or nvidia, i think the 460 has made that decision for me. thanks for the benchies guys.

460 DEFINITELY - overclocks like a beast and sli scales better than xfire
