Try disabling C2/C3/C4.
Alternately, try disabling C1E + EIST as well.

I know I have C1E disabled already, but i will try the rest. Thanks

I sent a lengthy email to asus describing my problem. In all fairness, they got back t me pretty quickly.... but this was their reply.

Dear Sir/Madam

You could have some type of grounding issue, or your psu is not strong enough.

Sincerely,

The squeel comes from when vsync won't work..

Grab fraps.. you'll see what I mean. When your FPS spikes to like 999 you'll hear the squeel.. turn it off and it'll go away.

Its what I found with my 8800

My card used to squeal, but only when I opened Crysis, and only during the intro, once I was in the game it didn't squeal anymore. Have you thought about contacting HIS and seeing if they'll send you a replacement. I don't know what they're warranty is like but it's worth a shot.
I had that happening to me before. I was suspecting coil-whine on the graphics card...it was happening during 3dmarks runs and the beginning of some games...

I happened to swap PSUs, and the noise was GONE....I guess that it was the PSU (in MY case) that was squeeling when more juice was asked from the GFX card.
