Bwah ... why would you want to sell a 5850 and get this? I would be very very happy with a 5850.

I can definitely see the appeal but come on ... you have an awesome card right there

Although the 460 is perfect for someone like me with a 4850

Good idea but poor execution. I'll take higher ambient temps any day over higher card temps and more noise. Add a few quiet fans to your case and you've just solved the higher case temp problem. However I would understand if the EE was used in more restrictive environments like an itx or matx case but as an owner of a mid tower, i'd take the stock one over it any day.

Why is the EE 1GB edition so much more than the regular edition @ NCIX?

NCIX's prices on EVGAs 460's are totally out of whack. I dont know why. Newegg has the same cards for 40 to 50 bucks less.

I know this is a rather old thread but I have the same card and just recently had to RMA mine out and they gave me a new one but the same model and so forth and I was wondering about your overclock.

I'm confused on the Memory Clock: 4220Mhz. The factory speed is 1950Mhz and wondering how in the heck did you get 4220Mhz? Did you increase the voltage or something? I had used eVga's Overclocking software the 1st time but as most people have said they don't allow messing with the voltage so I switched to the MSI Afterburer 2.2.4.

I woud like to get as much out of this as possible until I decided it's time to sell this card and get the Radeon HD7870 unless they drop the price of the 660Ti within say a month or two but I doubt nVida will.
