Looks like the 465's have seen a price drop with the release of the 460. You can find the 465's for around the 250 mark now, just on the high end of the 1gig 460's.
Performance wise, this is the right dollar amount. Id like to see some overclock performace head to head before making that call 100% however. When you take thermal and acoustics into play, the 460 1 gig still may be the better buy.
Edit: Comparing the EVGA 465 review here on HWC, it got 40.81 max, 30 avg in BF:BC2 19x12. The 460 1gig when overclocked pulled 40.87 max, and 28 avg @19x12. OC Power numbers were not given. I'm pritty sure I can figure out which one drew more.
