It's a 200 x 230 x 30 mm fan "aka" 230 mm fan

Is 65% auto fan settings? I can understand having to turn up the fan if case air flow is limit but your using Haf932. Seems like a faulty card to me. Maybe get it RMA?

I put at 65 %, when I put the fan on auto, it goes down to 44 %

I have a HAF 922 with a small 120mm side fan blowing in and my idle temps are about 40c, house ambient makes a big difference, my air conditioning is keeping the house at 23c. I use MSI Afterburner, a great suggestion from someone in the other thread. You can set the fan on the card to ramp up as the temp increases. When I was playing Fallout 3 I don't think the card cracked 70c... I was playing King's Bounty and the card barely heated up past 60c after a couples hours of play.

Sounds like you are happy though, and that is the most important thing :)

I'm definitely happy now, my idles used to be at 78 c, but that was because the card wasn't downclocking, and my ambient room temp is 27 c so I think my temps are pretty good now, EVGA precision works good, they have the auto fan feature to
