Default ATI XFX 5850 pin connector help

Just put together a new rig and can't determine if i need a new power supply or not. I just bought the ATI XFx 5850 radeon card. And I'm using my old Antec 650 neopower power supply. I noticed my power supply only has 1 individual PCI express (6-pin) cable that can go on the vid card. However, the 5850 card has an extra slot for another PCI (6-pin) cable. From the manual it says "They are only designed to work with high performance power supplies using 6-pin PCI express power cable and it shows a nice diagram of the PS having 2 of the cables connected directly to the vidcard.

Do you guys think I need another power supply? I'm having other problems right now so I can't really tell if it works or not with only the one cable connected. However, I did see another way how I can get the other 6 pin connector to connect to the vid card, but the manual says it is very important to connect directly from the PS.

My previous vid card was a ati radeon 3870 and that only had one 6-pin connector slot which was perfect for my antec 650 PS.

What do you guys think?

I think that PSU will be OK....good thing it's a HD5850 and NOT a Fermi card!
I was running my HD5870 on a Antec truepower trio 650 watts (it had the 2 6-pins connectors tho)

You will have to use adapters (probably provided in the box) like a 2 X molex to 1 PCI-E 6 pin adapter.

both 6 pin PCI-E connectors on the card HAVE to be fed!!!

My System Specs

Use one of the molex to PCI-E adapters that came with the card. It will be fine.
