Question gtx 480 with gtx 260 for physx (power consumption question?)

Ok I'm getting my new hardware tomorrow.

EVGA x58 FTW3 Motherboard
Intel Core i7 930 (planning to overclock, 3.5 to 4.0 ghz)
4 gb of Corsair Dominator Ram at 1600 mhz

I just got the gtx 480 a week ago
and I had the 260 just lyin around

I have Corsair 750w power supply

I was wondering if this power supply would be
enough power for this hardware?

You should have no issues running the two on that power supply

There's no need to run a dedicated GPU for PhysX.... The GTX 480 is already so powerful....

It's still not powerful to max everything out at 2560x1600, especially with PhysX in use as well.

I agree, you can either sell the 260, leave it lying around to collect dust or use it in physx.

i would have to say that you should sell the 260 for 180ish because there is no point in getting that extra 5% performance boost on a couple of physx games when they are already running at 100+fps.
your power bill will also be higher.

Well the card isn't worth that much anymore, at least not to those who know the value of the cards. You'll get around 150-160$ for it. Personally i'd either sell it or use it as physx.
