Best 5870 Card
 

What is the best 5870 card out there. There are so many versions of the card I dont know which one to get. Also is it worth it to get the 2GB version on the 5870 if I'm gaming in 1080p on 1 monitor?

Do not get the 2GB version, in reviews it doesnt even make a significant impact even at higher resolutions. I would say get an xfx 5870 but DO NOT get their non-reference design. I hear a lot of peole saying that their custom design takes out some stuff on the PCB. Solid company overall, best choice IMO.

The 2GB version really only sees benefits if you are running it in eyefinity mode, other then that its very minimal, as in not worth the price for 1 monitor gaming.

it depends how long you want to keep it, i.e. warranty. xfx first, the rest after

XFX, Then the Rest ... EVen though I hate XFX, Thier still the Best out thier, And Ill still buy thier cards.

seriously, whatever is the cheapest

XFX Black Edition, Sapphire Vapor X, Gigabyte Super OC (or whatever its called) or ASUS Matrix. Can't go wrong with any of them. These are the high end for a 5870 if thats what you want.

Is this a good card HD-587A-ZNF9 ?
It's almost impossible to find however. Newegg says its not available instead of just out of stock. Has this model been replaced or is there another specific model from xfx that is better then this one that is a refrence card?
