altough i was expecting performance per watt to be much worse

Seems like you were busy writing this while people were still focusing on other topics!

HWC seems to be one of the very first review sites to get it's hands on this new card (GTX465). This is a very good sign!!!

At least, you're secure from the nVIDIA "blacklisting" spree tho! You present objective reviews without omitting talking about feature sets and stuff.
Every review sites that don't want to be excluded from nVIDIA's contact list have to say good stuff on their cards or they will play XBIT or HARWARESECRETS on you (both sites that didn't present nVIDIA favourably in the last little while).

Good review, fail card. Performs worse, uses more power, and costs the same as a 5850. No thanks.

Reading over the other reviews, is it just me or did the majority of them use the same benchmarks and then came to the conclusion that the card was priced well? Seems RE5, HawX and Far Cry 2 are culprits there...

Kind of disappointing, I mean why get a GTX 465 when you can get the 5850 for roughly the same cost (or about $10-$20 more for the 5850). From your and others reviews the 5850 beats it hands down.
