Default GTX 285 for $200?

Hi all

I have the chance to pick up a GTX 285 for $200CDN. I currently have a 9800GTX+ 512 card and wonder if this 285 would be a good upgrade?

I mostly play flight sims and first person shooters.

Here are the rest of my specs:
Gigabyte P35 DSL3 Ver 2.0
X6800 2.9Ghz @ 3.2
1TB WD hard drive
VisionQuest 24" LCD @ 1920x1200
Windows 7 Home Premium X64
Soundblaster X-FI

Thanks!

Yeah that's a good price. I'd pull the trigger, personally.

Sell the 9800 afterward and make the 285 even cheaper.

imho opinion the gains going from single PCB 285 to 2 x PCB 295 for $125 more is not really worth it...sure slightly faster Card, but at $325 the OP may as well start looking at a brand new GTX 470 or 5850 and DX11. I think we'll see a fair number of GTX 295's for sale, but in order to sell em the price will have to be quite attractive.....I would say in the $275 range, considering 280 / 285's are $180 - $200 range.
