My System Specs

Default GTX480 and GTX260 won't play nice on X58A-UD5

Pretty much as the topic states, my GTX260 doesn't want to run. My first GTX480 is up and running (YAY!) but I really want to use 3 monitors (24" & 19" Syncmaster plus a 42" HDTV).

The only information I have to diagnose it is from device manager: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Upon installing the drivers I first uninstalled everything from the control panel, then used driver sweeper in a normal windows boot to get rid of most of the stuff, restarted in safe mode, erased the rest of the driver stuff with driver sweeper, restarted again (in safe mode) and installed the newest nVidia drivers (197.41). Did I do something wrong?

Thanks in advance and all my love,

-Musabi

EDIT: Fixed the problem. I guess it doesn't like having nothing in the second 16x slot = Time for a non PCI sound card I guess!
