5750 + 5770 In Crossfire ?

Can anyone help, im about to pull the trigger on another 5750 to Xfire. Then i read an article from Xbit Labs stating that the Asymetrical Crossfire pairing of a 5770 +5750 will amount to speeds etc of the 5870. How true is this, I would think that it would down clock to the lower 5750. any input would be great.

I have a Sapphire HD 5750 Vapor-X, and looking at adding another.

thats what i would have thought aswell.
the 5770 would match the 5750 and then the performance would be similar to a 5850.

2 5770= 5870
i would just grab a cheap 5750 and clock em both high.

unless things have now changed from what was being said before.

I also wanna keep the noise and temps down. so my only option is a vapor-x (159.99@NCIX, 146.90@NEW EGG) since no aftermarket heatsinks fit(according to the soec sheets from most major heatsink manufacturers, people jerry rig them but I like my stuff to look good as well as perform.) But for 30 bones more if i could obtain the performance of a 5870 using a 5750 and a 5770 in an asymetrical pairing... Can anyone confirm the findings by xbit lab are true:
