Question looking for PCI [not PCI-E] GPU with at least Shader model 3.0

Hello guys,

I've been looking for a video card to upgrade a machine in order to run UDK [Unreal Engine] for a long time and I'm about to lose hope. If any of you know a card off the top of your head, please guide me!
Requirements:
  • Has to be PCI and not PCI-E.
  • Has to require no more than one 6 pin or two 4 pin power connector.
  • Has to support at least Shader model 3.0.
  • At least 256 mb. Though, 512 is much prefered.
  • Single slot is prefered, 2 slots is possible if needed.
  • Under $200 [with the age of PCI cards, I doubt this would be a problem]

This is for machine I won't be using for gaming and would not want to upgrade the motherboard or PSU to get a more powerful card for cheaper.

Thank you!

Powercolor makes 256MB and 512MB HD4350's in PCI, as well as the 2400Pro. These are pretty crippled compared to their PCI-E versions though. There's some decent Nvidia ones as well.

Pretty much just the HD4350 like doc said, and for nvidia its the 9400GT. These two are the fastest PCI on the market as of now.
