The 5870 Matrix may be mine if the GTX 480 isn't that good.

Does anyone know when this card launches? Id like to buy it because of its quality and that frame buffer.
Thanks.

That's what i hate, your definition of soon might be 30 days or 15 days. I just need a +- 5 days in which it could launch. That's all.

Don't know if i should i wait, or settle for another 5870. Trying to play on G45 chipset is not fun. After heavy driver castrations, i can get playable FPS in BC2 at lowest settings.

It's alway's been my experience that as the frame buffer is increased the performance of the card suffers slightly until the frame buffer size becomes the standard ie 512>1024. Lets hope that's not the case here. Nice shroud though. Asus and Sapphire usually have very good designs (aesthetically).

That is very appealing. I really like what Asus is doing recently with AMD/ATI. First the new Maximus/ROG boards, and now these? Hopefully it will spur some other companies on as well.
