GTX295: GPU1 idling while only GPU2 is working

**GPU1 AND GPU2 NAMES ARE FROM MSI AFTERBURNER,
RIVATUNER WILL SHOW GPU0 (GPU2) AND GPU1.**

Launched Crysis today, i found the performance much lower than expected at 1680x1050 @ Enthusiast mode.
I opened MSI Afterburner and found out that GPU1's temperature went up by a few C, where as GPU2's temperature went up by 15C.

I looked at the clocks, GPU2 is running at 3d clocks while GPU1 is running at lower clocks.

Is this a driver problem or what?

I didn't notice this problem when i was playing CODMW2 as it was running smooth already, but when i checked MSI afterburner again, GPU2's usage is much higher than GPU1's.

Have you checked the drivers to make sure that SLI is enabled?

Yes, ive turned it on and off to test, OFF just makes it a bit worse for some reason (3fps lower, noticeable when im at the 18-30 fps range..)

Apparently it has to do with SOFTWARE, lots of people had this problem which got fixed after a reinstallation of the game and sometimes o/s.

Just curious.....what drivers are you using? There are huge issues with the newest ones.

Fixed it last night, i did a clean install of the drivers.
I installed 196.34 at first, uninstalled, safe mode, driver sweeper, installed 196.34 again.
Booted to windows, tried out Crysis and FPS in the low 60's at the settings above.
Upgraded to 196.86, same FPS, less minimum FPS in Crysis, but average is the same.
