Update on BFG RMA


I sincerely apologize for the delay in this response. We do see that your card was
received on 07/08 in our warehouse. Unfortunately, we are having significant stock
issues in our warehouse, and this is affecting our timeframe for our RMA process.
The average processing time at this point is 10-30 business days. We do not have
an estimated date that we can give as to when your card is going to ship out, as
our stock is constantly fluctuating and it is very difficult to tell. We
understand the frustration that you are experiencing, and we sincerely apologize
for the inconvenience that this has caused.
