Default Need to upgrade my second vid card

I use a vid card to drive a couple secondary displays. Currently it's a PCI FX5200 and it gets choppy just dragging windows around those monitors so I'm looking for a little upgrade. At the time I bought that card my mobo only had one PCI-E slot but now I have two so I can get a PCI-E card to run the secondary monitors. I see 8400's, 9400's, and 210's in the price range I'm looking for but I'm not sure how they compare. I'd really prefer a dual DVI card to avoid adapters but most seem to come DVI/VGA/HDMI. Passive would be real nice too or at least silent fan. Both secondary monitors are 20.5" 1680x1050 BTW.

Any thoughts/recommendations?

Cheapest I found with dual DVI is this one: NCIX.com - Buy EVGA E-GEFORCE 9400GT 550MHZ 1GB 800MHZ 128BIT DDR2 Dual DVI-I HDCP HDTV Out Video Card - 01G-P3-N945-LR In Canada.. Ouch.

Why not use a HDMI cable with a HDMI/DVI converter? May be cheaper.
