I've never had to RMA one personally, but don't they have a depot in Toronto?

Hm...I can't find any evidence of that. From what I can tell, you have to send your broken part to Ontario, California in order to get it serviced.

What on earth is a double lifetime warranty?

Transferablelifetime warranty. Meaning I could buy the card, register for lifetime warranty; then sell it and the next owner could re-register for a lifetime warranty under his/her own name.

Ah, perhaps it was Ontario that I saw, and assumed it was in Canada. Either way, I've heard great things about their RMA service, and I've personally had great experience with them. Security in purchase is worth a lot.
