My System Specs

Default Calling all GTX 275 Owners

Hey guys, I have a 275SC wit the shaders set @ 1580 and the fan speed set @ 80% for folding only. EVGA Precision is currently reporting 65C as a temp while folding a 353. If you fold with a 275 I would like to know what temps your getting at the settings your using. I realize that different WU give different temps so If you can report them all. Thanks in advance.

I took the card apart this morning and cleaned all the old thermal paste from it and put on some IC7 Diamond. I thought this would help lower temps but so far it has not. I might rip her apart next weekend just to see what kind of coverage I got with the IC7.

I'm 20 % ... do you get why the rig is in the garage all true it go down to 100% when the wife ask me to do something

So your 65 is not too far from the 58 of Odis. I will also look at other thing that make the difference. Case ventilation, Room temp... etc

65c is fine! No need to change anything...up to 75c is fine...higher then that bump up your Fan sped.

+1 , we all agree .... but I will try to target the Odis 58'C mark , if it's not to much problem and cost nothing

Remember your shader's are OC'd which i imagine would increase heat output

Your Temps are Perfect in my eyes.

I have GX2's which have sustained Heat of 80Degrees for over a year each non stop folding.
I wouldn't worry.
