Default Good card for a 23" monitor

Ok well here is the story, after getting a PSU upgrade and a new 23" monitor I got a HD4890 which died on me so I had to RMA it back to Ncix . Well the 4000 series are now EOL so I will be getting a refund instead of a replacement so now I need to find a nice card that will run good on 23" monitor for gaming.

Budget can go up to $300 if needed but realistically want under $200. I've been looking around at the GTX 260, 275 and on the other side the HD 5770 and 5850 or anything else you suggest.

So anyway, I want to know what you guys think would be the best card for me right now given the monitor and computer specs/ bottle necking with above GPU etc. Also, anyone know what's up with nvidia right now, I heard that the 260 and 275 are discontinued as well?

Folding is not an issue as I'm folding with just my CPU for now.

Specs are in my profile.

Thanks : )

5850 is best right now. If you wait till mid march nvidia should have 1 or 2 Fermi cards by then but if you don't want to wait and suffer low FPS with your current card then you can't go wrong with the 5850.
