No, the 320MB card has a major problem with being a blazingly fast GPU without enough VRAM to get the job done, especially over 1280X1024 resolution. If you never game over that res, it is a great card, but anything higher and it really falls on it's face HARD!

The 320MB is EOL with the 640MB card getting the shaders added. They are coming out with a 512MB 8800 GT with a 256bit memory bus to take over for the inadequate 320MB cards.
