EVGA GTX/Watercooling

Hay guys.... I am completely new to watercooling. Not that I am having any problems, but I was considering either watercooling my CPU, or water cooling my GPU's. I have 2 EVGA 8800 GTX KO edition cards. Like I said, I really am not having any issues, but would like to possibl try the whole water cooling out.

the reading I have is there are a few 800 GTX waterblocks out there

Would one suggest doing both GPU cards leaving the CPu or do all three?? I guess im looking fo some sortta of direction.
