Default drivers for Vtek 3850 Win 7 32bit?

Im looking for stable drivers to go with the Visiontek 3850 pcie card using widows 7 32bit home premium.
x2 3600
asrock matx(6150se i think 430 chipset)
2x1Gb ram
1x 80GB sata hdd
1x 92mm intake fan
Sparkle Power SPI ATX-400PN 400W

The system freezes up off and on ati 9.12 does a recovery message box then all is good. This is not a gaming box it's a basic desk top office/websurfing. Thanks.
