Default VRM Temps of XFX 4890 XT's

So just recently I got Rivatuner installed, and made the 4890 config file update. I then installed the VT1165.dll plugin for Voltage modification and VRM temp monitoring. Both of my 4890's are running with GPU waterblocks on, and the stock heatsink (Midified to allow Tubing, and block), and my VRM temps are extremely high. While general gaming etc.... they stay in the 60's range (This was with nothing too stressful) but when I run Furmark, or anything that really puts the card under a hard load, my VRM temps go into the mid 90C range with auto fan, setting the fan to 50% drops it into the 80's range, but still quite warm.

Just wondering if anyone else is getting temps like these? Both of my cards report the same +- 5C.

Anyone with some full covers wanna test and see how theres are? If full covers will make a dramatic difference I might splurge and sell a kidney or something.

My System Specs

Default

I have a XFX 4890 XXX edition (factory overclocked). Mine is watercooled with a full coverage Koolance block connected to a 120.2 rad. During normal gaming my VRMs never go above 60c (56c is the norm) however, when I run furmark they hit 90 - 100c!! From what I have learn, this is not that uncommon as furmark pushes your card FAR more than any game will, so don't worry about it. VRMs are designed to run at 100c + so I wouldn't worry about it. Even while playing Crysis at Gamer settings my VRMs don't go above 60c so I doubt any other game will.

Always good to know.

My GPU Temps are just cresting the 40C mark (On both cards, in series) so I might just bump the voltages on the cards to see if I can break the 1Ghz GPU speed mark with them.

Anyone know what the general "red" zone is for GPU Voltages?
