your first card have a sli connector right ?

What happen with XFX these day? before they were one of the best place to deal with RMA but so many people are yelling at them for few week. Maybe here we have a frustrated employee at their RMA center?

Well...call them and tell them the truth...they have send a card that suck!

I think you can nail XFX for many points, not just the lesser performance, but the features (2x DVI, SLI, etc) you're missing.

contact the BBB. It's the only way to get through to companys these days... Luckily, I haven't had to... YET.

It does seem like they're lacking in the RMA department lately. Be on the lookout for a change in warranty maybe. That sucks man. I hope this gets resolved. I personally never had any complaints and will do business with them again, but I'll be sure to make it clear next time should an RMA take place.

Maybe the less taht we can say...a good company never stay the best for ever. Is this the end of the awesome XFX service? I hope for no I never tried it!
