8800GT NiBiTor Problem

I'm trying to edit the BIOS of my 8800GT to have a tighter fan profile and higher clocks. The card is a stock EVGA 8800GT. When ever I flash the card with my own modified BIOS, at the clocks 720/1800/2000, the card only flashes at 648/1620/950. I'm also trying to set 2D and 3D clocks, but setting both differently does not change clock speeds when on desktop and in game.

When I open my 8800GT's BIOS after flashing it doesn't even show the 2D clocks. It shows just the 'Extra' fields with 648/1620/950.

How do I fix this?

I added extra voltage and changed the 3d clocks....

Then made the fan actually do it's job.... Perhaps try not setting 2d modes?

Also, you might not want to try flashing ram to 2000, but 1000 instead.

I meant 2000 effective. I've tried every possible combination of numbers in each field many times, none of them work. Seems every time I set it to 720/1800/1000 it just automatically sets to 650/1650/950 and the fan profile doesn't stay there.
