Well I had 1 experience ( RMA for costumer ) good luck with service;) take this one

NCIX.com - Buy XFX Radeon HD 4870 750MHZ 1GB 3.6GHZ GDDR5 PCI-E 2XDVI HDCP Video Card - HD487AZWFC In Canada.

I would go with the XFX over PC, its only $14 more and you dont have to deal with MIR.

picked up the XFX from newegg for about $10 less than ncix. even after shipping it was cheaper.
can't wait for it to come.
