Win 7 physics ati 1 moniter confirmed works.

New 191.03 , physics mod 1.01,ati 9.10.

Create a virtul vga moniter in the screen rezolution dialog page of windows.

One vantage sore i seen jumped 2000 piontson tottal score ...cpu 12701 without...with physics cpu= 20707.

When I get a single card that can run Batman AA decently or find some single slot coolers for my 4770's, I'll slap my 9800GT back in and give it a test.

I'll leave my present Nvidia/PhysX feelings out of this.

Well i was thinkin of grabin a 9800 gt 512 and tryin it to...memoryxpress has one for $110;00 ...

Well i mianly posted it bcause in my notes that question if it works or not pops up evey once in a while around here. So when i find sumthin about it i like to let yall no.

Xspeaclly since it works with only one moniter now.

going to be testing this out in about an hour, ill put up before and after benchmarks.

As a side note the 9800 GT is not powerfull enough for Batman with max physx nor Cryostasis.

My cpu score went up 2x with the 9600GT.Darkest of days with physx running full tilt, 1900x1200 everything cranked nets me a healthy 65fps average. :punk:

so to confirm you can actually run an ATI GPU with an nVidia GPU for physics?

yeppers. its kinda annoying with the virtual monitor though.
