Default XFX or Asus 5870?

Well I have picked out all my components for my new build I plan on ordering tonight. Just wondering which 5870 would be better. The Asus comes with the voltage tweak but isn't it the same as a regular utility just it is already working with the 5870? Though would I like the xfx warranty. Should I just buy the xfx and wait for a oc'ing utility? Or get the Asus and have the utility come with it?

get the asus, upload the bios and the OC utility and do the whole community a huge favour by not having to buy the asus model to get a decent overclocking app.
