GTX 260 C216 good PhysX card when GTX 3 seires hits shelfs

so im wondering will a single GTX 260 C216 be a good PhysX only card to mix with a pair of 3 series cards? im hopefully planning on 2 3XX and a PhysX core. I notice people uses the 8xxx series for PhysX but im finding those a wee bit hard to find, were as i can get a 260 for dirt cheap, and because all its doing is PhysX im guessing it will have a long lifespan of efectivness.

Many folks in the Evga Community using older 260's even 280's for PhysX....just bear in mind the performance vs power / heat ratio....
