Every GTX 260 core 216 I have seen from EVGA is able to do 633 to 648mhz with linked shaders. Honestly, if you buy EVGA, BFG or XFX I don't think you can go wrong. EVGA and (I think) XFX allow you to remove the heatsink whereas BFG does not.

I've been extremely happy with BFG's warranty in the past though, so it's hard to rule them out

I wouldn't really worry what version you buy. The OC versions aren't really going to give you that much more, but really, they don't cost that much more either.

Cheapest one. Eventually look for one with more warranty period.

I'd go for the XFX given your linked choices.
Same price as the EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR @ 576mhz but the XFX GX-260N-ADEF is @ 621mhz and has FarCry2 included.
They are both 55nm 216 core gpu's so chances are they would overclock similarily (still luck of the draw there).
btw, I've had XLNT service from XFX as well as EVGA.

i say XFX b/c of the DOuble Lifetime warranty, so you can sell the card for a higher price in the future :)
