Default ATI 4600 series tempratures?

Hello, I have an ATI Powercolor HD 4670 1Gb DDR3 graphics card and it used to be idling in temperature at about 38 to 40 Celsius but know it idles at about 47 celsius what is the reason for this why did it increase like that and is 47 Celsius a good temperature for a graphics card of that generation ?
P.S: I Didn't overclock it or decrease fan speed

That temperature is fine. What is your load temp though? Did a fan possibly die? Any obstructions in airflow?

The fan is fine and working at its usual speed and the temp reaches a max of 60 celcius

Not just the GPU fan but the case fans as well. But even with a load temp of 60C you're completely fine.

Whats the difference in your "Room Temp" now compared to before when you had lower Temps.....?..its summer!! All of my Temps on pretty much everything in my Rig have climbed due to the ambient temp in my room rising over this past few weeks!

+1 to rjbarker. I had to back off my OC box down to 3.5Ghz to keep my CPU load temps in the mid 60s.... but 3 months ago I wouldnt break 60c even at 4.0Ghz. Silly temperature changes.
