Default New Videocard

So i am building a gaming pc so i can play games on my projector and need a new videocard. I can't decide between the following.

XFX Raedon 4890 XT 1GB or E-VGA GTX 275/280 896MB It will need to support HDMI out and a resolution of atleast 1920x1200 at a decent Frame Rate (over 45-50fps). The computer it's going into is the following.

Asus P5Q Pro
4GB G.skill PC-8500 DDR II
1TB WD Black Edition
Intel Core 2 Duo e8400
Windows XP SP3

go for either the 4890 XT or the GTX 275. I don't need lifetime warranty because I only keep my cards for a year or two :p.

Lifetime warranty is still good if you sell the card after a year or two to someone else though

XFX cards do carry a double lifetime warranty. However, overclocking or modifying the card will void the warranty. EVGA on the other hand, will still honor their lifetime warranty if the card is overclocked or modified. Providing you return the card in the same physical configuration in which you purchased it.
I personally am a fanboi of nvidia products but to no particular brand. Just today I took abvantage of the newegg special on the PNY 275GTX. It only has a 5 yr warranty, but the price was right.

What OS are you going to use? I think most games computers require windows

ps. 275 or 280 as you can fold with it as well
