Read somewhere that others had a similar issue and underclocked the cards core and shader. Tried that and it does run stable. Called BFG to find out what is going on. They verified that the power supply was big enough but because I UNDERCLOCKED the card I voided the warranty. I cannot believe that UNDERCLOCKING would void the warranty.
I can understand Overclocking voiding the warranty, but Underclocking, come on.

I have to admit I'm not too impressed with their response to you. All you did was some simple diagnostics to verify what was causing the issues you were having. Hopefully somebody from BFG will see this and do something to make it right......
