Where does my 260gtx (196 Core) Stand

With all these New GPU's out now I am having a hard time time figuring out where my 260GTX fits into everything? I mean I can get my Core up to 732Mhz with shaders at 1512Mhz and Mem at 2300Mhz. So how would my Card stack up against the 275GTX or the ATI4970, ETC...? Hard to find a Highly Overclocked (196) Core 260GTX up against some of the newer cards in a review:help:
I am considering trying to sell my Card while it still has a bit of resale value and getting something better. But how much of a improvement would i see in games if I where to get say a 275GTX or 285GTX??

I almost went with a 260 core 216... it looks like a great card (though I'm no expert).
275 was just on sale though for 249.99 with free shipping so I couldn't resist.
Part of me wonders if the 260 would have been enough...
Oh well, that's how it goes I guess.
If you can get a good price for it, and a good price on a higher card then why not?

If I had GTX 260 196, I'd just wait for a few months and get 300, getting new card from the same generation for 5 more fps is not worth it.

@artistpavel that makes sense to wait or the 300. But they will be very pricey when they first come out, And having two little children makes buying expensive toys for me very difficult to justfiy. If I act now I might get a decent return on my GPU. Cuz once the 300 does launch, My generation of GPU's will drop in price big time so will my chance of some good money back?
Does ATI have anything good for the Price/Performance? I haven't had a ATI Card in the Long time. Anyone know how ATI stacks up to my Card in terms of what would be a decent Gaming Improvement?

Now is NOT the time to upgrade from anything above a 9800 GTX+ / GTS 250 / HD4850. I am not sure what ATI has coming out but I KNOW you will want to wait for what Nvidia has up their sleeves.

A GTX260 Core 196 can run most of the games at their highest resolution on a 22" monitor. Upgrading would be pointless and I agree with SKY. This fall, it will be a battle royale! Nvidia is suppose to release their mythical GT300 and ATI their new 5000 series.

Wait my friend, it's like there is a lot of PC games being release this summer.

I'm still running my 260/196. It slaughters every game out there on 1920x1080 max everything and 2xAA, 8x Anisio. I leave vsync on and lock at 60 fps. I'm not going to upgrade until there is a game I want that needs it. I bet Bioshock 2 and the other fall AAA titles will run fine on it too.
