I just realized this will be the first time i buy an enthusiast level card that still on the top of the foood chain.

I remember when i got my 8800gt, and then the 9800 came out like a week later, and i hear its a replacement for the 8800, i was pretty annoyed. Stupid technology rat race. Makes me wish that my hobby was rebuilding a car sometimes lol.

The race continues...

E6600 has to become whatever the 200-300 quadcore will be when im ready to upgrade
p5b deluxe has to become whatever can house said cpu.
Prolly need to get a 700w powersupply as well when i upgrade cpu.

ya I agree, the GTX 260 I have now is the first higher end video card ive had since the x800 XL I bought in 04. And even the GTX 260 is more of the low end high end card ....
