Default GTX 295 sli vs GTX 275 tri-sli

Hi, im building a new computer for a friend, and he want to go xtreme, for sur it will be on a x58 but im wondering what will be the best

2x 295 in quad sli
or
3x 275 in tri sli
????

budjet is not an issue

anyone have a benchmark on bolt?

Just go 2x GTX 285. Way more than enough.

I'd go with the 3 285s or 2 295s.

For benching, gaming or folding? What's he going to be doing?

the 275 is not bether form price/perfo vs the 285?

For now he dont have any monitor, but planing to get an dell 30'' or something like that

For the 30" monitor, get the 285s. The extra memory will help.

On the one hand, you say price is not an issue, but on the other you say what's the best price/performance?

Anyway, for 30" the 285s should do well.

yes he have the budjet, but why paid for something useless(that my point loll), that is why i asking that..

and why did you sli 295 if tri sli 285 is bether? for folding?
