Default EVGA GTX280/285 no longer listed?

Just checked out EVGA's site and they don't have the GTX280 or GTX285 listed anymore. Is that card really that old for them to remove it from the site?
They still have the GTX250's and GTX260's so I don't know why it was removed.

Looks like my prediction may have come true...the one about the GTX 275 being too close to the GTX 285 in terms of performance while costing a load less.

Why did they go backwards in the naming? Shouldn't it been something like GTX285+ or GTX290 or is that getting too high in performance?

So are the 275's really better than the 280/285s?

So much for my planned 285 step-up. Sigh. Hopefully something new will come up before the end of my step-up period.

Wasn't there few minutes ago. Maybe they are updating their site. All they had was the water cooled one.

No, the 285 is still stronger. But the 275 has almost all the core power that the 285 does, just a narrower memory bus. Unfortunately, the 285 really wasn't all that limited by memory bandwidth in the first place, so the narrower bus doesn't hurt the 275 as much as it might have otherwise.
