I want to see a log of GPU load and clock speeds from this setup. With the 9.4 Beta, the HD 4890 stayed at stock speeds when at idle and then downclocked when it was under load. 9.4 WHQL might be different though.

If you point me in the right direction with software I can do so. Does speed fan do this? I can't remember. I remember it recording CPU load and speed, but not gpu.

GPU-Z will do it. There is a pull-down menu next to each section in the Sensors tab. Disable logging on all of the sensors except Core Clock.

Heh, the last I checked neither were the 9.3's.

Thanks a bunch for your efforts!

Huh when I run the log, I got a gap exactly when I ran 3dmark VA.

Heres the gap.

Between that time 3dmark VA was running.

Also when I disabled everything except cpu clock I still logged a couple other and got a confusing file.

Sorry for the late update. But I was busy for the day. Benching time comes at night.

But there are results to show that they clock independently during a run.

Man those AMD runs like crap in Vantage.

Yeah sheepdog I have the same problem. GPUZ doesn't properly support the card yet I guess.

Its taking FM a while to approve 9.4. My results get taken down so quickly.

Are their any good free programs that allow for screen shots. Nevermind, I will just use PS again.

Try Infraview. It's a great little program.

Thanks I'll try it later. PS such a chore using because you have to do some much work to get a usable format and size.
