have you considered an aftermarket cooling solution? They are inexpensive and easy to do. I put one on my 4850 and it made a world of difference. It idles around 40c and peeks @ 53c after an hour of L4D. Not to mention approx 15db!!! cannot hear it over any other fan in my case.
