Default Still images clipping with crossfire
when playing games, (this only happens in games), most notably in cod4 and crysis loading screens, the screen tears horribly.

like it shifts up and down over the screen, but when playing games everything is fine.


this happened after activating crossfire, just asking, but should i have removed my gfx drivers and reinstalled even though i was just adding another card?

using 8.12

No, you probably did the right thing.


Crossfire X2 install requires a bit of finagaling...but for you, just be sure to disable crossfire, reboot, and THEN un-install the old driver, next time you update.
