My System Specs

Default 55nm GTX 260 is here

eVGA GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 Superclocked - 55nm $269.99 US - and In Stock.
I Wonder how well this overclocks and what's the power draw.
NCIX has the 896-P3-1257-AR listed at $390 and available in 5 to 10 days.
hmm $270 US = $330 CDN, so $390 NCIX???

(kinda double posted from the rumor mill, sorry)

eVGA's site also has the non superclocked 55nm version for $259.99 896-P3-1255-AR and NCIX has it for $380 - ouch

What the hell is that on the sticker? Man, companies should not be allowed to design graphics for the exterior of graphics cards.

So they have finally surfaced. Personally Id get a black permanent marker and rub the red stripe off.

These are going to run to some crazy clocks no doubt, but wheres the 280 50nm? I guess there are too many GTX280's around right now in the stores so they'll wait to clear the stock out.

Anyway I still don't get NCIX's pricing cw with US retail. Even if you take transit into account, they all come from the fareast to the N. American container ports so its not that much of a stretch to move them across the US border.

Looking forward to your review SKYMTL.
My interest in this card is academic now as I picked up the 65nm Maxcore version when it went to $240 in early Dec. at NCIX. It provides a great gaming experience for the price.
It doesn't look like nVidia is going to get great clocking from the 55nm shrink as they have kept the same range of gpu speeds for the retail models (we'll see from your review).
At least they can lower their production cost which will hopefully bring down the price.
And they haven't named it differently either, no "+" this time. oh boy
