This card is not available for Step-Up, past 90 day window (Ended:11/7/2008)

The only Cards that Evga was Stepping up past the 90 Days (was extended to 120 Days) was the 9800GX2 cause they were really trying to get them off their shelves as were all the distributers hence those dramatic price drops.

Step-Up only allows to use the program before 90 days from the purchase date. It is not valid 90 days after purchase.

EVGA step-up allows you to upgrade the card for UP TO 90 days after sale, not AFTER 90 days after sale. Do you need a diagram? :haha:

Yep your sol...oh well....those 9800GX2's are pretty good Cards...you can always sell it here on HC as I sold my old 8800GTX on here awhile ago to a member (shaking head and hanging it low because RJ now realizes he has almost all the parts needed to build a 2nd Rig, except of course a GPU, which he sold for next to nothing........damn!)
