well i still worry about ati's horrible driver problems... plus not have good warranty...

ATi's drivers are not horrible at all , the few things you see on the forums are usually over blown. Besides, while nVidia's driver support is a bit better than ATi's on XP's side, on Vista, I've had more issues with nVidia drivers, but I degress. Lets not turn this into a ATi vs nVidia drivers argument.

I agree with you fully on the warrenty part thou, ATi partners(well now that XFX is going red, not an issue anymore but..) have typically had bad after sales/warrenty support.
