4870 1GB custom cooling

I have got 4870 1GB with stock cooling. It is quiet, but idles at 76, loads at 86.
A little hot for long term use.
I see few custom cooling designs for 4870, but all of them do not throw hot air outside of the case (the only right solution IMHO for the hot cards).
Does anyone know the quiet custom cooling device for 4870 1GB which pumps hot air outside the case and keeps idle temps in 50-60 range?

Or should I start watercooling?

I don't think watercooling is completely necessary just yet I think you need to look at your case, if you have adequate ventilation the additional heat being exhausted from your 4870 will have little impact on the overall system temperature.

I completely understand your delima my GTX280 is really a space heater in disguise even with it exhausting hot air outside. Due to the lack luster ventilation of the Antec P182 and insulating material fully inclosed my temps increase all across the board, my solution albeit noisy is to have the side panel removed at all times. I love my Antec P182 it just wasn't built to deal with likes of the GTX280 and I'd hate to see it go, but I like quiet and cool and so thus begans the saga of finding something that looks great and performs well.

As far as dualslot cooler config of that efficency and design I have yet to see one I'd imagine that it would end up being a little on the noisy side, which isn't much of trade off for the added cost.
